Here is the most simplest recipe of instant cake.
Ingredients are Orio biscuits, Parle G biscuits (Marie or any other light biscuits can be replaced with this), a cup of milk, baking soda and baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon each.
2 orio biscuit packets + 1 Parle G pack. ...
keep Orio biscuits in refrigerator for sometime. Then remove the cream, mix the cream with cup of milk. Keep it aside.
Crush and make powder of both the biscuits in mixer. Add 1/2 T spoon baking soda and 1/2 T spoon Baking powder and sieve the mixture. Then add a cup of milk mixed with cream. Mix well. Check the batter consistency, if its too thick then add a table spoon of milk.
Preheat the oven for 350 degree F. Then pour the cake batter into the lightly greased cake pan. Bake it for 20 to 25 mins. Check by inserting a toothpick or knife. If its come out clean then the cake is nicely baked. Let it cool for a while and then cut into desired shape. Decorate it with chocolate syrup and serve.
